I rang in the afternoon to book a nurse appointment. I think it was Julie and she was very professional but also put me at ease!

Always had great experience with the Glebe. Everyone I have dealt with from the reception desk to the nurses to the doctors have been brilliant. We are very lucky to have a brilliant team helping us.

Jeanne was very poorly with a chest infection and received antibiotics within hours.

Dr Jenkins was so professional explaining everything to me, he did not rush the appointment, complete 5* care. I was a bit disappointed with the young ladies on reception, both were laughing at something on the computer screen and totally ignored me, and left me standing there, in the end I had to ask to be checked in! They then acknowledged me.

Reception training, this is a customer facing position and I was made to feel a nuisance for interrupting them
