Having to wait in the queue in order to first speak to a receptionist can take too long, then there isn't always a slot for a consultation in the near future. Also I am not in favour of telephone consultations. It can be reassuring to talk to your doctor face to face especially for old patients like me. There is no continuity now and we have to repeat things too many times.

The whole system is overwhelmed and needs more funds.

My experience was excellent. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful surgery in Storrington. The staff are always kind and professional.

Excellent service as usual. In for regular blood test. Phone staff very accommodating when rang to book in test

No. But I have just had to answer survey questions about my care and reception that weren’t relevant so this feedback should have the option of replying ‘not applicable’

I came to the surgery for routine blood tests and was dealt with by Dawn. She was friendly, professional and proficient.
