I always get good service from the surgery - no problem getting an appointment either face to face or telephone. Staff are very polite and understanding.

Very good consultation with lots of empathy and explanations …. Kind and considerate

Maybe been a bit quicker at reception but I think there was training going on which will obviously be helpful to everyone if more receptionists!
Getting an appointment when telephoning is getting quicker both in the time it takes for the call to be answered and when an appointment is offered….. Great

I got an appointment for the very next day with my GP. Dr Jenny Ellis was thorough and knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
