I had been having my leg dressed by the district nurse service was very poor and dressing not good I came to the surgery what a difference was taken care of very well and things that should have been done earlier were all set up I feel in safe hands now thank you Glebe Dinah

Although online telephone appointments doesn’t appear to be available at the moment I was able to use the online consultation option and received a response the following day with an appointment to see the nurse within a few days. The nurse was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my condition narrowing it down to the most likely problem. An urgent referral was made the same day followed by an appointment.

As I mentioned above online telephone appointments does not appear to be available lately and I have noticed this recently on more than one occasion

Although you may have to wait on the telephone there are always opportunities for appointments.

Truly I think our surgery is doing a wonderful job. When you hear other people’s stories I think we are very fortunate.

Occasionally a wait for next available appointment is encountered but if you’re in urgent need of an appointment every effort is made for you to see nurse/ doctor

Nothing always been very happy with service that has been provided as always staff are under tremendous pressure to serve their patients and meet targets and guidelines
