4 stars because it is not as easy as it used to be. However the Glebe Surgery is nothing short of amazing and wonderful. The staff are unfailingly helpful, kind and sympathetic. We are so lucky. I hear first hand tales from other parts of the country that are terrifying. Thank you all so very much.
