Still had to wait a while but the service had improved a lot

Not much. I was sent immediately for an X-ray which was carried out as soon as I got there

Call got cut off, appt on this occasion was fine to wait but can be problematic booking on the day appts.

Nothing, the nurse I met with was wonderful!

I felt as though the issue I went with was not treated seriously enough, and I came out of the appointment not feeling reassured at all. I have to wait for nearly a month to get the results of tests, due to my GP only being part time, and annual leave taken also, which I completely understand, but to reduce waiting times there should be an option to see another GP. Everything is written on the patients notes therefore, any GP should be able to them.

Be more compassionate to the patients. For some people especially myself, it takes a lot of courage to go to the doctors, and i felt as though I was brushed off, and the GP did not seemed bothered.

Dr Jenkins is a top man. I have not experienced such kindness and empathy mixed with personal warmth from a doctor for a long while. Thank you.
