I rang in the morning to try to get an appointment for a nurse to dress a septic finger. Telephone reception were very helpful and understanding. Nurse (Jenni) was excellent.

It is sometimes very different to arrange an appointment in a timely manner.
Very few appointment slots available.

Excellent service only thing I would say is with telephone calls you do feel rushed to let the doctors finish quickly as we know they are so busy

I have always had a good experience, they all work so hard there and are under so much pressure to see, diagnose and treat patients in 5 minutes. Thank you for all that you do.

My Mum and I were seen at short notice at a very distressing time for our family which was truly appreciated. Doctor Ellis was so kind and thoughtful to my Mum and I providing constructive advice and medication.
