This telephone appointment was cancelled due to IT and common actions issues. It seems your system appears to be capable of chasing feedback despite the fact that in my case the appointment was cancelled. It seemed that there was a telephone line open in order to inform me that my appointment will not be taking place , where in my opinion that same open line could have been used to fulfil the appointment obligation. Service is always considerate and excellent. Not always easy to get swift appointment but our surgery is better than most in that respect.

I never have abu difficulty, getting appointments. I dont have long waits, at the surgery. Information is clearly given. Staff are efficient. Everything generally goes smoothly.

Everything is done effiently. Unlikely to be able to improve.

Appt. Was for a regular 6 month psa. Booked in on arrival via touch screen. Very efficient - seen within 2 mins. of arrival. Nurse was very efficient and friendly. Results available online the next day. NHS at its best.
