Sometimes it takes weeks to book a blood test or face to face appointment

There are locums available to see at the moment. All I have seen have been good. When checking in the electronic device then tells you to to the reception desk. This can sometimes be at the back of 6 people. A simple sign to say if the locum is upstairs or downstairs would resolve this.

I can never get an appointment it is always a phone call, when the doctor rang he said I don’t know why they didn’t give me an appt as he prefers to see his patients face to face.

Got an appointment the same day. Only 6 in the call queue check in screen wasn’t working so we had to queue at the desk but that’s just tech!

Signed the prescription I was given!
It was a wasted journey to the pharmacy to find that it hadn’t been signed so I had to call and arrange for one to be signed and sent directly.
