Sometimes a bit of a wait to get through on the phone but always helpful

Shorter waiting times on the phone where possible plus more appointments but not sure that’s realistic.
I don’t like lifts as I am claustrophobic so stair access to the first floor would be appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback, although we usually ask patients to use the lift, if you would prefer to use the stairs you can mention this to the reception team and it will not be a problem.

This surgery is open, airy, and an added bonus of the children’s colouring table to keep my toddler happy..

Was seen within an hour and didn’t need to wait too long in tbe queue

I was disappointed I saw a nurse and wasn’t informed of that, just given a name but results world have been the same

Longer delays on the phone and not happy to discuss mor intermit details with reception staff. But not had to so far
