It's hard to take my blood, but the nurse listened to my suggestions and got it first time. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I find I must choose to ring the surgery outside certain times eg avoid Mondays, phone for an appointment well after 10 am, to avoid long waits for the receptionist to answer.
