I was able to get an appointment to see my GP the very same day which was of great help seeing as my request was urgent. He gave me time to communicate what was wrong and was understanding to my needs.

I always find the surgery efficient. I don’t have to wait too long for appointments, they were on time and the nurse was lovely.
I had reminders of the appointment by text.

Telephone appt. Polite helpful receptionist, Professional empathetic Gp, I didn't feel rushed
