I recently joined your surgery as a patient and what a breath of fresh air it has been. The staff could not be nicer and kinder….such lovely helpful people. I rang the other day for an appointment and my goodness I was not kept waiting long and the receptionist was so helpful and to my amazement I managed to get an appointment that day! I’m so glad I changed to your surgery…tbh every aspect so far has been wonderful and hassle free. Great service and care!

So far I am only please with every aspect of my care etc with you. Nice light and airy building which is well kept and a car park to boot.

In this day where people are quick to complain & not praise I have to say up to this date I have always been very happy at the Glebe .Reception has always been very helpful & polite & so far have managed appointments when I need. They are organised with Covid & flu vax so no complaints. Thank you everyone at The Glebe Now don't change ha ha

Only comment as difficult as it may be please try not to let us wait too long for appointments & keep face to face appointments Thankfully so far I don’t need many.

I waited about 10 mins in a long queue to get an appointment which was offered swiftly. The duty doctor was kind and caring. I was very satisfied with the service and respect.

I think the recepion area could be more private; it's very exposed and people giving out all patient details and request for samples can be overheard easily by everyone in the waiting room.
