I have dropped a star on ease of appointments due to the outdated telephone system. I waited over 30 minutes in a queue for telephone appointments. I realise that this problem will be addressed with the new telephone system due to be installed. Once I did get through to appointments I was very happy with the service.

Always feel I get very good treatment at the Glebe. Nurse Jenni was excellent, did ecg quickly, and in consultation with my doctor Ellis, and took blood. Totally without pain, so a procedure performed to it's best....many thanks for your care, and a happy Christmas to all at the Glebe. Peter W.

Was only a brief visit, so not much to add...but check-in machine also worked efficiently, and avoided any need to involve receptionist. Compared to experiences I have heard about at other surgeries, you should all be very proud of the varied services you provide so well, at your new facility.

The reception staff , very kind and caring . An appointment was made straight away . The male doctor I saw was so kind and very thorough in his examination . I used to be very disappointed with the service at the Glebe practice , but my goodness things have changed and they are now totally amazing !
