The waiting time on the phone is ridiculous.

Instead of having to wait for an age for an answer, could a system be put in place to call the patient back on an automated system?

Dr Sherwell is an absolute star, extremely caring and gives you the time you need to discuss matters. He is second to none. The whole team at The Glebe are outstanding, uplifting and care about their patients

Can be difficult to speak to a doctor or get a timely appointment

Could have filled out a pre op blood test properly so I didn't have issues on the day, more so as I was worried because it was my first operation.
