An ability to make an appointment onine would save so much wasted time holding on the phone. During a busy working day in our office it prevents me holding on for half an hour or so.

Try and improve the waiting time holding on the phone. Either by use of a second line or ability to send an email. The renew prescription system is smooth and efficient never lets me down

Always easy to book an appointment and I'm not sure the name of the woman that treated me yesterday but she was incredibly nice and came across like she actually cared (unlike experiences I have had in different surgeries) The Glebe has always been very accommodating and proactive. Great surgery

I was asked to collect bp monitor - I was not told why: I was not told how to use it; I was not told follow up procedure. When readings rose to danger level(I had to go to nhs website for that’s)! It was suggested a doctor call me back later in the day! I was grudgingly given an appointment with a student who could not tell me why I was given a monitor. She called a doctor who could not tell me either! Doctor prescribed meds which I had to chase up later in the morning as that had not gone through. Further tests arranged: hopefully I will get some feedback and action plan at this point!
