GP was very thorough. We had a good discussion about treatment plan.

Maintain better continuity and consistency of GP cover. My nominated GP is on maternity leave and during the interim I've seen 5 or 6 different GP's

New phone system, rang and was 17th in queue- chose callback option. They rang back about 10 mins layer....better than sitting in queue.
Would be helpful if appointments with nurse could be available online though.

Appointments with nurses and non GP health practitioners are easier to get. I saw the nurse on this occasion.
The administrator making my appointment did not convey my message clearly about reason for seeing the nurse. I had asked for a blood test ( explained why) and a pneumonia vaccination. The nurse was only expecting me for a blood test. Fortunately she was able to deal with my additional request on the spot.
