We are so.lucky to have Dr. Marco and the Glebe surgery. Dr. Marco is always friendly, considered and very thorough. The reception team are also helpful and patient.

I’ve not seen this doctor before, and I understand that yesterday was his last day as he was covering for a few months, but Dr Jenkins was really lovely. He was so pleasant, listened and really spent time and effort to work out the best place to send me for investigations. One of the nicest and most thorough doctors I’ve ever seen.

Much better than previous visit when reception staff just ignored me and carried on laughing at something on the screen, this time they were so helpful and pleasant Dr Jenkins is really helpful and caring taking time to explain things to me so that I understand

This was based on my experience yesterday in requesting an appointment and seeing the doctor within four hours. The new much-improved phone system enables the caller to arrange a call back and speak to reception to make an appointment, it saves hanging onto the phone waiting for someone to answer. All works very well. On arrival the receptionist were warm and welcoming and the doctor was on time and excellent.

Car parking can be awkward in busy times but generally OK.
