I had a health problem which was very stressful and needed investigation. The surgery got me a phone consultation and the doctor saw me at 5.30. I got the blood test I needed the next morning, and received the results within 24 hours. The doctor called me to discuss the results by 3.30 . Thankfully the outcome was good. The staff really were accommodating at this festive season and I am very thankful and impressed. I have been lucky over the years to be with Glebe and I have always had a good experience there.

It was a telephone call I couldn't attend as I got COVID

Having to wait 45 minutes in the telephone queue to re—book an appointment cancelled due to staff illness isn’t a good experience. Having got through to speak to someone it took less than a minute to book a replacement within 4 working days, which I consider good.

I was seen a few minutes after the scheduled time. An indication of the likely real timing would be good to manage expectations.

Saw a wonderful GP Dr Beaumont who I have seen twice now about my health. She listens and goes above and beyond, and is very patient! The self service booking in system is good and it’s a nice clean airy surgery.

Overall the Glebe give a good service. I always call in for appointments, if not urgent I call after two which is much better. We are lucky to have this service
