Great service (almost) every time. I’ve only ever had one issue and that was then handled by the complaints team very well and to my satisfaction. Thank you for opening on the day after moving day. I really needed some guidance and Dr Wooloston was once again absolutely brilliant and has hopefully got my stomach as settled as my concerns about my health which brought me to the practice that day.

Nothing further to add. It was a success on all accounts.

Rather a long wait on phone to make appointment, either a face to face or telephone consultation, which I had. Other than this comment pleased with treatment I receive, and found receptionists most helpful.

Only the wait on telephone, not sure what the answer to that problem can be.

As always, the surgery, and our GP in particular, were excellent. I was seen early, no waiting time, and the consultation was very comprehensive. The Glebe always seem to go that little bit further in their service, which is always polite and efficient.

Maybe re-paint the lines in the car park to make parking on dark evenings easier.

Demand for NHS treatment is far higher than it used to be and government failure to train and retain doctors has impacted negatively on the service.
