I was very pleased with all parts of visit to the Glebe the nurse was very good as was the receptionist in giving an appointment well done the Glebe Ian Sutherland

Glebe staff are always very polite and accommodating. I can always get an appointment, but if there is difficulty the staff do all they can to support.

Very happy with the service. Receptionists were really helpful. The two nurses were amazing, chatting to both myself and my son. They even put a video on the computer to distract my son when he was having his vaccinations.

I went into surgery with some notes for Dr and they were immediately scanned into the system for him. Then the receptionist made an appointment for that afternoon as it was urgent , changing from Telephone to face to face as it was needed after an emergency call before Christmas. I came back for the appointment and Dr was on time and discussed thoroughly and was reassuring. Great service overall.

I noticed that after my appointment some patients were coming in coughing and spluttering. My wife therefore left the waiting room as she is vulnerable. Perhaps there should be masks for people to use and receptionist authorised to request patients to wear them if they are spreading germs around.
