I was able to make an appointment quite easily to see the practise nurse after the correct interval to have clips removed after replacement knee surgery. The nurse was very relaxed, professional and helpful.

The hospital notes don’t seem to get through to the GP surgery or to the correct doctor. They are addressed to Dr Newshome rather than Dr Ellis.

I have moved house and would really like to remain a patient of Dr Ellis. She has been my Doctor for many years and I have only moved 11 miles away. I had a health event that needed checking out quickly. I got an appointment on the same day I rang reception. The doctor was very thorough and efficient, ordering tests etc. I came the next day to have some tests with the nurse who was very friendly and efficient. Very good service all around. Many thanks.

I can't think how it could have been better.
