The réception team and the nurse were amazing.
They helped me with my blood tests and and unterfeare for me to have an urgent treatment from another doctor as mine was off.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again.

I would like to pass on the message to the doctor who did not even put a single effort to understand my condition.
He refuse to realise a medication that I urgently needed.
I am sorry to say, but I found his attitude very arrogant and rude.
Totally desappointement.

You don’t always get an appt, I need to speak to dr about my eyes and I have to wait 10 days it seems a long time

I’m deaf and I was worried about my name being called out and I may miss it. The helpful receptionist advised me.
All went smoothly with no problems.
