It has certainly gotten easier to make an appointment since we have come back from Covid. I really appreciate the help that the staff on reception were at helping me get a face to face appointment with my GP as my last phone appointment did make me feel uncomfortable. My experience this time was great and my GP took the time to help me work through the issues at hand.

Overall a good experience, although still feels a bit tricky to get a face to face appointment with my GP.

Rang for an appointment. Given one for 2pm that day, 2 hours later picking up prescription from chemist. Follow up appointment a week later equally as efficient.

Have a better car park!

The receptionists are happy, helpful, polite & professional. The surgery is really well organised and always looks good. The nurses and GPs that I have met at The Glebe are brilliant at their jobs, very friendly, and make me feel important and well cared for. I can't actually fault this surgery at all. It is much better than where I was before I moved to Storrington. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at The Glebe and have Jenny Ellis as my doctor.

The checking in screen could be looked at to work better.

Very efficient and friendly management of my appointment by both reception and nurse My appointment.was sourced by the surgery - all bloods test - and was easily arranged. The results of the test were available on Patients Know Best app. within 2 hours. Amazing.
