No problem getting through

Perfectly happy. Just waiting to hear what I should do re 2 test results being Out of Range ?

I arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted by Jenni who acknowledged my arrival and within minutes she had carried out my blood test. The whole experience was relaxed, comfortable and ‘painless’.

This visit was just typical of the high level of service, constantly provided by the Glebe Surgery. A perfect example of how excellent the National Health Service can be. In fact, if this appointment had been with , a Private Practice, I would have been perfect happy to pay the bill.

From the receptionist to the nurses and Doctors, everyone was so understanding and caring.

Nothing, doing a great job. Although when I received a text about an appointment I wasn’t sure why , maybe in the text is could state , in person or telephone consultation?
