Best GP surgery. Dr Marco Cecchini is amazing, finally getting my health back on track. Everyone is so kind and respectful. Very happy with service provided.

The only thing is that follow up appointments can't be book 2 months in advance. However the lady on the reception reassured me that they will call me back in a month to confirm my appointment. Would save the hustle and time for everyone if it could have been done the same day. Not major issue ,just a suggestion

There can be a longish wait on the phone but receptionists are always friendly and helpful when you speak to them!

The new facility for ring back rather than holding is a good idea

When sat in a rather warm waiting room for an hour awaiting your turn it would be good to have a coffee machine or similar
