Dr Sarah was amazing. She listened and gave detailed responses. She was able to suggest a few ideas and said she would follow up. Very friendly and we didn’t feel rushed.

If an appointment is going to be over an hour late, letting us know, if possible, would be helpful.

As always the staff abd nurse were very helpful and caring. I don’t give 5 stars for ease of appointment as one can wait a long time in a queue in the phone

Waiting on the phone to make an appointment can be very time consuming and I have had to hold for 49 minutes before now. I understand there is a new system and I think more staff have been employed?????? If so hopefully this situation will improve.
