My appointment was for a blood test and I saw on my appthat the doctor had reviewed my results that same afternoon. Very reassuring and excellent care as always from Dr Marco. I saw the phlebotomist Dawn for my blood test who was caring, efficient and friendly. We are fortunate at the Glebe to have such wonderful staff. I witnessed Dr Sherwell being extremely kind to another patient in reception. The reception area was clean and bright, as was the consultation room, and I commented to Dawn on the calm and peaceful atmosphere in the waiting area. It was busy but relaxing waiting for my appointment which was on time. What else could you ask for!

Appointment availability remains appalling. Didn't notice if the surgery was clean , but I assume it was. Dr Newsom was excellent , as always.

Coffee and gluten free biscuits would be nice !

Sometimes you have to wait around 3 weeks to get an appointment with you gp due to having copious amounts of patients to care for
