The Doctor rang me and sorted my problem out so I could go on holiday without getting an infection ,

I spoke to a receptionist Kim she was so professional and helpful and doctor Marco was extremely knowledgeable and helpful exemplary indeed. Thanks so much Tim tucker .

Nothing can be done better in my personal experience as I stated Kim a receptionist was extremely helpful as was Doctor Marco and other receptionists

Always have exceptional service at this surgery.
I have used over the years different doctors surgeries and I would say without exception that the Glebe Surgery is the finest I have used. From exceptional service and help from the doctors to the receptionists. This surgery certainly deserves the five stars that I have. Awarded them.

I needed a very urgent appointment so went to the surgery at opening time as I didn’t want to end up taking ages to get through by telephone and there be the possibility that I wouldn’t get one.
Dr Ellis was as good as ever and did blood tests and the results were back by mid afternoon.
Suggested improvements
It would be great if you had an ultrasound at the surgery as my next option if I got worse was to go to a very over stretched A & E department.
