I called at 8.30 on a Monday morning,took about 20 mins to answer,asked lots of relevant questions by the lovely receptionist who booked me with the Duty Dr that morning at 9.50 I was seen on time,very thorough examination and history taking Urgent bloods arranged there and then Couldn’t have asked for any better treatment and care

I always have a very good experience at the Glebe. The receptionist are very polite and helpful. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and always make me feel comfortable during my visits.

Didn’t use reception and took a while to get an appointment but it made no difference as my issues were not urgent.

WiFi was not working which if your waiting for any length of time is a bit boring.

As usual, treated with kindness and empathy. Your poor Receptionists are treated badly and spoken to very rudely by some patients!! I bet they're sweetness and light with the Doctors and Nurses though. The Receptionists are kind, happy and welcoming and the nurse who removed my stitches was very gentle and took her time so it didn't hurt. Top class practice with top class staff. Thank you
