A telephone appointment was made, but had to wait 2-3 weeks for it. The phone rang and I was cut off. So no conversation with a doctor took place!! And no call back..

At least phone back if you are cut off!!

I telephoned first thing in the morning , 4 calls in front of me, after a little discussion, I was offered an appointment to see Dr Sherwell later that morning.

None that I can think off.

Phone waiting times usually quite lengthy. It’s often easier to pop in and speak to the receptionist face to face in order to arrange an appointment.

The whole surgery team I dealt with from Adam on reception to Lauren who took my bloods were exceptional. Their support and assistance have made my cancer treatment easier to deal with as otherwise I would have had to spend hours travelling up and down to St George’s in London.

Doctor Sherwell is lovely and a great physician.

Have an update system if a doctor is running late so people know how long the wait is likely to be. I don't mind waiting but had another appointment at 11am and was worried I wasn't going to make it.
