I was able to get an appointment reasonably quickly and saw a locum doctor as my own doctor was quite busy. Dr Nicholls took the time to explain everything to me and put my mind at rest about a couple of issues, she also read my notes and we discussed what was best for me going forward regarding a query I had on HRT treatment.

This time the receptionist was extremely helpful and I was seen the next day by my own GP

There was nothing that could have been done better the service was excellent
