Nurse Rachael Hobbs was excellent. Didn’t feel a thing.
It varies about length of time to get appointment
All interactions with the surgery are positive, I have been very impressed as a new patient
Phone was answered quickly even though you guys are busy, receptionist was very polite and sorted me an appointment quickly, and send me a text so I didnt forget the time of the appointment.
I saw the nurse practitioner who was very nice, spoke to me in a clear way so I understood what was happening. All symptoms were checked and course of treatment made sense
Whole experience was very good despite the surgery being down on staff due to illness. I hugely appreciate the amazing service you all provide thank you.
I tried to book an appointment a few weeks ago, I waited 25mins to be answered, being PM time I didn’t think it would be busy, the receptionist asked a lot of questions & also suggested a couple of things I could do, which I already do so I didn’t think this was necessary. It was suggested I book this appointment online, which I didn’t want to do, and the appointment I was given was for 3 weeks later. In the end I cancelled the appointment and I will just get on with what I have!
