We came Clift Covid jab so not a normal appointment.
Our GP is Dr Sarah and now she knows us we get excellent service

Now with Dr Sarah , She makes sure we are taken seriously. Before we struggled getting appointments or being given information re results of tests

Thank you for your feedback. The surgery does not pay for the use of these surveys, and we find that some of the comments we get are vital to making our service better. Patients will complain when something is very wrong, but we also want to hear all the little niggles that someone wouldn't normally mention, and we love hearing what we are doing well. The survey is voluntary and you do not need to fill it out if you don't wish to.
