The surgery is always clean but this was a telephone appointment so that this question was not applicable.
Since relocating to westsussex 9 years ago we have found the staff and doctors of The Glebe surgery to be outstanding in every way.
Suggested improvements
Nothing could improve on the excellent service the surgery provides. It continuously adapts its procedures toI prove the service to all us patients.

Receptionist asked questions about my issue and tried to get me a call back from the Doctor which she did. The receptionist also took time to call me back giving me a status on my Doctor call back.

I've always been impressed with The Glebe - the reception staff have always been so kind and helpful and I've never had a problem getting an appointment to see the Doctor. Keep up the good work everyone!
