Still excessive delays in gaining a face to face appointment

The appointment with the nurse was booked easily. The nurse was excellent and explained the Shingles vaccine clearly. The vaccine and blood sample were taken. The nurse (Rachel?)communicated well and I hope she has a nice holiday. Well done the Glebe surgery.
