I called for an appointment and was given one within a few days. I was deen promptly, and the nurse/doctor gave me additional information and encouraged me to think things through before contacting the surgery again.

Dr woodhums I feel is always so friendly kind and has time for you, I’m just so grateful she’s my doctor. She always gos that but extra to help you any way she can . Reception also are very friendly and helpful .

I don’t think you could have done any better other than you do have to wait a long time to see your dr .

Easy to make the appointment by visiting the reception at the surgery. No problems on arrival, reception very obliging, Nurse Nicola excellent analysing the issue and sorting treatment out.
