Getting appointments is very difficult and time consuming in general. On this occasion, I am pleased to say the appointment was arranged swiftly because of failed blood samples taken earlier in the week.

I was very well looked after by Amy Savastano who took blood from me very expertly and we discussed what was happening to the blood samples and how the results would be made known to me and would be urgently communicated to my Spinal consultant. I am very grateful to Ms Savastano for her extremely professional handling of my case and wish all members of the surgery’s staff could mirror her very high standard of performance.

I was able to get an appointment the following day and I saw the nurse and was happy with my visit.

Even though I was caller no 2 you still have to wait on the phone quite a while, if that could be shorter, I think that would help in future.

I was in receipt of outstanding support and service. Brilliant response to a sudden and serious situation. I was seen by my named GP (Dr Sherwell) within 48 hours, had my diagnostic tests by the end of the same day, and was given the assessment almost immediately. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of response and care. Thank you.
