Waiting time on the phone, as I could not use the online option. This was because my appointment had been cancelled due to staff sickness.

Not much as it is just circumstance out of your control.

I’ve been with this surgery for over 30 years and always found them to be helpful, caring and efficient.

Faster appointments as they used to be but I imagine there has to be a good reason this is not always the case now.

The receptionist was very kind helpful and understanding . I Saw Nicola nurse practitioner. I didn’t feel reassured or listened to with the symptoms I attended with. I needed the appointment due to query infection ? And concerns due to underlying health conditions/ vulnerability to infection , I was given a topical cream by the next morning symptoms were worse called 111- spent 5 hours in the hospital. In UTC I was listened to given reassurance clear guidance and the right treatment of antibiotics. they were shocked at the advice and treatment given by the practice NP. The Drs I have seen at the surgery have always been helpful and always consider my underlying health. Why did the Nurse practitioner not do this ?

NP should have listened and taken into account my concerns and history of health I was explaining. However there was no validation or reassurance given. Quote” I see lots of people who have this and think they have an infection” This could have avoid a hospital visit the following day.

What can I say. As awlays 1st class service. You are always made to feel at ease.

Nothing
