Can be very busy with delay
I had a problem with electronic check in. My name doesn’t come on screen so I was unsure the details applied to me..!
I felt like I was wasting time and shouldn't have bothered going in. I was told I should have booked a physio appointment and my foot was not even looked at and I was instantly dismissed.
I've had this pain for over 11 days and every day it's getting worse and unbearable. I have taken strong painkillers and they have not relieved the pain. I have used Ibuprofen gel on my foot and that hasnt helped and I visited a&e, where they saw "tendinitis" in my notes and sent me home with a boot. I just wish that my foot had actually been examined at the appointment, then I could have possibly had a better overall outcome, rather than being so upset and frustrated, because I am in agony, unable to do any basic things. I have had tendinitis before and I have tendon issues in my arms and this pain in my foot is on an whole other level.
I was also told not to book an appointment to discuss my CFS report outcome, where they believe I have fibromyalgia, even though my notes specifically say to book an appointment with my GP to discuss this and any further treatments.

The service was great and everyone was helpful.
Surgery too busy, all the time there’s problems with getting an appointment due to the amount of patients or lack of doctors.
