I was able to have an urgent face to face appointment with my GP. Her manner was relaxed, professional and reassuring. A scan appointment was arranged within 24 hours.

A follow up appointment is quiet easy, but getting through initially was quite hard, even when you are third in the queue - a long wait.

Provide a call back service like some offer these days. You don’t miss your place in the queue.

The staff at the Glebe Surgery are very efficient and helpful. The appointments are regular and the nurses make them comfortable.
