I was called by the surgery to advise I was due a medication review, but unable to give me an appointment and asking me to call back in August to book a date then. I then spoke about some treatment I was receiving and thought I should have a follow up consultation and I was given a time to suit me, which I was satisfied with. I have found the receptionists very helpful in getting me an appointment with another clinician if my Doctor is away or to suggest a person who can help me best.

I don't have anything negative to say about my experiences with the Glebe Surgery. I have been with them for 50 years.

Can be difficult to get through on the phone at times. Staff sickness or training is the usual reason. There are times my husband has found it easier to go in person to book as the phone has proved impossible.

It's great to hear there is a new new phone system in place, but not had the experience since it was installed.
