Limited online ability to make appointments, phone system is time consuming and prone to failure.

Suggested improvements
With my nominal GP on maternity leave I've ended up seeing 5 different GPs over the last four months. See one Dr. discuss a treatment plan and never see them again. I also find my repeat prescription requests get stuck in the approval queue for my nominated GP, so I then have to chase to get these authorised. There doesn't seem to be an automated redirection or delegation of approval process in place. Half my medical data seems to be on the NHS application, half on Patientsknowbest and yet more on Frimley Hospitals chosen application, a recipe for inaccurate data, diagnosis and mistakes. Why isn't the surgery holding the single source of all data?
