My text invitation for the flu vaccine was followed by prompt reminders for date and time.

Nothing you could do to improve an excellent Saturday surgery for the vaccinations. I booked my Covid vaccination at the entrance and Waite 30 seconds to be directed to a nurse. It could not have quicker and much more expedient than being ‘called’ to a room. Well done everyone.
