"I was not dying so it was not enough of an emergency to see a gp" despite either having glandular fever or what I actually think is wrong - an upper respiratory infection on top of a bad fibromyalgia and arthritis flare up with no medication left and in so much pain I felt suicidal. I was only allowed to see a nurse who dismissed me as I didn't have a temperature because I'd taken ibuprofen and paracetamol. The receptionist was very rude. Leaving someone to be in this much pain is disgusting and an animal wouldn't be treated like that. I was given an appointment to in 3 weeks when I've been on stronger pain relief for over 15 years.

Suggested improvements
Have more staff so I can see an actual dr, not dismiss my likely hood of sepsis when I've been drenched in sweat and already taken something for my temperature, treated me with some respect when I have disabilities unable to be cured and I'm completely reliant on having to see a gp
