I called originally to get a list of vaccines I’d already had, so I could book top ups privately and the lady on the phone was so helpful and I got a response really quickly with a list but also the vaccines I could get under the NHS, I just needed to pop in and grab a letter. I called back and asked if I could have it emailed me to which it was promptly sent over. Then at my actual appt the practioner was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I was asking about others I needed. She also let me know what side effects to look out for and how to help prevent / lessen them. Overall fantastic service and experience.
