I went into surgery with some notes for Dr and they were immediately scanned into the system for him. Then the receptionist made an appointment for that afternoon as it was urgent , changing from Telephone to face to face as it was needed after an emergency call before Christmas. I came back for the appointment and Dr was on time and discussed thoroughly and was reassuring. Great service overall.

I noticed that after my appointment some patients were coming in coughing and spluttering. My wife therefore left the waiting room as she is vulnerable. Perhaps there should be masks for people to use and receptionist authorised to request patients to wear them if they are spreading germs around.
