Telephone appointment with Dr Pullman? who made assumptions about my health purely based on my age. Several times he referenced my age, without seeing me or knowing my levels of fitness. He did not listen to what I was saying, and continued to talk over me.
He was incorrect in saying I could not choose to have an appointment outside the area, insisting I could only be referred in West Sussex. This is incorrect.
Suggested improvements
He needs to learn to listen!
He needs to understand that patients can choose where they want treatment.
