Efficient surgery, I’m delighted with the care I’m getting from the GP and the nurses

A member of staff held an overly long chat in the waiting room with a couple who were obviously known to each other. It was loud, laughing, joking, and went on for at least 20 minutes. I thought that if I’d been there worried about some health problem the last thing I’d need would be a party atmosphere. I’m exaggerating a bit, but a gp waiting room isn’t the place for loud raucous chat - find a cafe and do it there!
