Came for blood test with Jennie best phlebotomist you have and only person who knows how to get blood unfortunately the others in the surgery take ages and leave me with umpteen bruises
Didn’t use receptionist
Suggested improvements
Ensure antibac for hands dispensers are full most are empty
Make getting an appt easier
